“I am not getting married to Lateef Adedimeji because of pregnancy” – Actress, Mo Bimpe finally speaks on upcoming wedding with colleague
Nollywood actress, Adebimpe Oyebade better known as Mo Bimpe, has finally spoken about her upcoming marriage with colleague, Lateef Adedimeji.
It was earlier reported that the rumored lovers are set to tie the knot in December 2021, after photos of their wedding invitation surfaced online.
Bimpe who spoke about her relationship with Lateef in an interview with Naija Society News, confirmed that there’s a chemistry them and they will be officially getting hitched in a month time, December.
Addressing speculations that they are getting married because she’s pregnant, the actress said,
“Well, Mo Bimpe can be pregnant tomorrow but as we speak right now, I am not pregnant. I don’t know, you know a lot of people just feel that when you are preparing for a wedding, they believe that you are doing that simply because you are pregnant. That’s the kind of society we are.
“They may think that why did he want to marry her if not pregnancy? You know how rumour mongers reason. In fact, that’s the comment I have been getting on my page. It is because she is pregnant that is why they came up with the wedding plans. For now, I am not pregnant.”

Nollywood actress, Adebimpe Oyebade better known as Mo Bimpe, has seemingly confirmed her relationship with colleague, Lateef Adedimeji.
Moments after a wedding invitation card of the rumoured lovers surfaced online, another video of the screen diva flaunting her engagement ring found it’s way to the internet.
It was earlier reported that the actress and her Nollywood heartthrob would be tying the knot in an elaborate ceremony in Lagos, on December 22nd, 2021.
In what seem like a confirmation to the report, Mo Bimpe reposted several Instagram post congratulating her and Lateef on her Instagram stories.

Meanwhile, in March 2020 Nollywood actress, Adebimpe Oyebade denied having any affair or fling with her colleague, Lateef Adedimeji because he is not her type of man.
According to her, she sees the actor as family and wouldn’t want to be with someone she sees as a brother. she then added that if he should ever ask her out, she would turn him down.
In her words,
“He is a good man, I already see him as a family. I won’t want to be with someone I see as a family. Nothing can ever happen between us because I cannot marry someone in the spotlight. I would say no to Lateef if he asks me out because he is my friend and I already see him as a brother. He is not my type”.

An alleged wedding invitation card of the duo who have constantly quelled rumours of being in a relationship, has surfaced online.
According to the invite that was shared on Instagram by Gistlover, the wedding is scheduled to hold in Lagos, on the 22nd of December 2021.

This is coming after the actress, Adebimpe Oyebade, popularly known as Mo’Bimpe, assured her fans that she and her alleged lover, Lateef Adedimeji, are not keeping them in suspense about their relationship.
She said this during a question and answer session on her Instagram page recently.
The fan wrote, “Let’s know exactly what is happening between you and Lateef. You are just keeping us in suspense”.
In reaction, the actress stated that they are not keeping their fans in suspense and they are just being themselves.
Mo’Bimoe wrote, “We’re not keeping you in suspense. Just doing us ?.”
